Our entire facility is friendly, funtional and specially tailored to the needs of youth groups. With plenty of open space to move about, everything´s guaranteed to run smoothly, even when different groups are staying here at the same time. We offer teens a home away from home, placing great store in creating family-style atmosphere.

Indoors:

3 partitionable dining rooms, each with TV and video, 1 multi-function room with seating for up to 60 people, suitable as a classroom, or for talks, workout session (marker boards, flip-chart, TV, Video, beamer available), 1 hobby room with darts and table tennis, Big-screen home theatre (DVD´s available), Internet Corner, Boot drier with space for 120 pairs, Drying room for clothing, Ski storage room with space for 120 pairs of skis and some snowboards.

Outsdoors:

Our own sports ground with barbecue and campfire sites. Trampolin, Volleyball court an chill-out meadow in front of the house.

The Lammer - a delightful natural stream that lends itself to streamside treks and building dams. Natural fishing ponds, natural swimming lake (25-minute walk away).

Eigener Sportplatz mit Grillplatz und Lagerfeuerstelle, Volleyballplatz und Relax-Wiese mit Bänken, Trampolin mit Sicherheitsnetzk, Naturbach Lammer für Bachtrekking und Staudammbau, Fitneß-Parcours, zahlreiche markierte Bike- und Trekkingwege direkt vom Haus weg, Angeln im Naturgewässer.  Schatzsuche mit Kompaß, Spiel- und Spaßolympiade am Sportplatz, Ortralley (Unterlagen kommen vom Haus). Freier Eintritt in den Badesee (25 min zu Fuß).
